Las presentes condiciones generales de contratación constituyen un contrato del cliente con la Posada Molino del Canto y/o MCBirding (Javier Morala Muñoz / Servicios Turísticos) a través de su página web www.molinodelcanto.com, teléfono 689891747 u operadores intermedios (independientemente de las condiciones de estos), para la reserva del alojamiento. Por favor, lea atentamente las presentes condiciones generales y asegúrese de que comprende su contenido antes de realizar la reserva. Las presentes condiciones son de aplicación a todas las reservas realizadas así como a todos aquellos para quienes se realice dicha reserva.
RESERVAS Y CONFIRMACIÓN
Las reservas y las solicitudes de información se pueden efectuar por teléfono, e-mail o a través de cualquiera de los formularios que Molino del Canto pone a disposición en su sitio web.
Ninguna reserva tendrá carácter vinculante hasta que el cliente no haya aceptado la oferta y abonado el importe del depósito tal y como se detalla en el siguiente punto.
En el momento de formalizar la reserva, se ingresará, en el plazo de 48 horas, un depósito del 40% del importe total del alojamiento (quedan excluidos para el cálculo del depósito otros servicios contratados), mediante Paypal o transferencia bancaria al número de cuenta que se facilitará por teléfono o por correo electrónico. Las reservas se confirmarán por correo electrónico, una vez recibido el abono en cuenta.
Posada Molino del Canto sólo dará por confirmada una reserva cuando pueda verificar que el depósito solicitado haya sido abonado, momento en el cuál será enviada la confirmación de la reserva junto con los detalles de la misma.
El pago del resto del importe total de la reserva, así como el resto de servicios extra , deberán ser abonados en el momento del día de salida pactado.
Tenga en cuenta que la reserva no está confirmada hasta que Posada Molino del Canto haya recibido la cantidad del depósito inicial del 40% y que el cliente haya recibido un email de confirmación de Posada Molino del Canto.
TARIFAS

- Nos reservamos el derecho a modificarlas en cualquier momento.
- Los precios incluyen el 10% de IVA
Servicios incluidos:
- El alojamiento, servicios y régimen alimenticio que figura en la confirmación de la reserva que se envía al cliente en el momento de suscribirlo.
- Las tasas o impuestos que sean aplicables
Servicios no incluidos:
- En el régimen alimenticio no se incluyen vinos, licores, cervezas, refrescos etc..
- Cargos adicionales a la habitación, comidas, actividades o servicios que no figuran en la confirmación de la reserva.
ESTANCIA MÍNIMA
Nos reservamos el derecho a aplicar las estancias mínimas para fechas y/o temporadas que consideremos lo requieran.
NIÑOS Y BEBÉS
Al hacer la reserva y para poder aplicar la tarifa correspondiente, se indicará el total de personas tanto de adultos como de niños que ocupen plaza/cama. Sólo se permite una cama supletoria por habitación.
Los bebés de hasta 2 años que no ocupen plaza no tienen coste, se facilita cuna de viaje.
Bajo ninguna circunstancia se permitirán más personas que las establecidas según el número máximo que Posada Molino del Canto tiene permitido como aforo máximo,12 en habitación doble + 6 en cama extra (independientemente de las edades).
Niños a partir de 12 años se aplica tarifa de adulto.
No está permitida la estancia en una habitación de menores sin acompañamiento de adultos.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
El depósito de reserva del 40% por la reserva se entenderá a cuenta del importe resultante de los servicios contratados y no es reembolsable ni transferible. Si el cliente cancela una reserva, hay un cargo por cancelación que dependerá del número de días de antelación a la fecha de entrada, conforme al Decreto 75/2013, de 28 de noviembre de la Junta de Castilla y León.
- 5% del depósito si la anulación se hace con más de 30 días de antelación.
- 40% del depósito si la anulación se hace con 30 o menos días y más de 15.
- 60% del depósito si la anulación se hace con 15 o menos días y más de 7.
- 100% del depósito cuando se haga con 7 o menos días de antelación.
En el caso de que el cliente cambie las fechas, será entendido como una nueva reserva y estará también sujeta a las condiciones de cancelación.
Posada Molino del Canto se reserva el derecho a incluir en el cálculo de porcentaje de reserva otros servicios como los ofrecidos en los paquetes de alojamiento y rutas de observación.
Cualquier cancelación, incluyendo fuerza mayor, estará sujeta a nuestra política de cancelación.
En el caso que Posada Molino del Canto no pueda proporcionar al cliente la habitación que ha reservado, se reserva el derecho de cambiarlo a una habitación de características similares.
Todas las cancelaciones o cambios deben hacerse por correo electrónico.
Las cancelaciones o cambios por teléfono no serán aceptados.
Los depósitos por reservas de más de varias habitaciones son sumatorios de reservas de cada habitación, en el caso de cancelación de alguna de las habitaciones se aplicará el mismo criterio descrito anteriormente.
Interrupción de la estancia
No se realizará devolución ni abono alguno en caso de interrumpir la estancia en el alojamiento. En cualquier caso el cliente deberá abonar la estancia de la noche reservada interrumpida.
ENTRADAS Y SALIDAS
Entrada /Check-in: 15:00 h.
Salida /Check-out: 12:00 h.
La/s habitación/es estarán disponibles a partir de las 15:00 h. Si por cualquier causa no estuviese disponible a las 14:00, le indicaremos la nueva hora de entrada Por favor, asegúrese de informarnos la hora aproximada de llegada y sobre todo si está prevista para más tarde de las 20:00 h, para que podamos planificar el check-in y mantenerle informado sobre cualquier retraso o cambio. Facilite su número de teléfono y su email de contacto por si necesitamos comunicarnos con usted.
Cobros extras por llegadas tarde: 10 Euros después de las 22:00 hrs.
El día de salida, la casa quedará libre antes de las 12:00 h. sin embargo, si los huéspedes desean entrar o salir de la finca en horarios diferentes, lo podrán hacer previo acuerdo y siempre y cuando la misma no vaya a ser ocupada por otro cliente.
Si necesita salir más tarde por favor pregunte en el momento del check-in si esto es posible. Trataremos de dar cabida a su petición.
Cualquier salida a partir de las 20:00 horas estará sujeta a la totalidad del precio por noche.
Por favor, asegúrese de entregar las llaves antes de marchar.
Por favor, asegúrese de no olvidar ningún elemento personal, no realizamos envíos de cosas olvidadas. Para la recuperación de cosas olvidadas es necesario que el cliente tramite la recogida y envío con un agencia de paquetería. Nos limitamos a preparar el paquete y entregarlo a la agencia referenciada por el cliente. Posada Molino del Canto no se responsabiliza de la pérdida o deterioro de ninguna cosa olvidada.
EQUIPAMIENTO
Los precios incluyen:
- Gastos de agua, electricidad y calefacción.
- Ropa de cama y toallas para cada ocupante. La ropa de cama se compone de sábanas, mantas y colcha. Las toallas son de baño y manos para cada ocupante.
- No se permite la entrada de comida ni bebidas ajenas al establecimiento.
LIMPIEZA
Las habitaciones se entregan al cliente perfectamente limpias. Al salir, el cliente está obligado a dejar la casa rural en condiciones razonables, con toda la basura desecha correctamente. Durante la estancia se realizará limpieza diaria, siempre y cuando la habitación se encuentre disponible hasta las 13:00 h, si no disponemos de la habitación antes de las 13:00 h, no garantizamos que la limpieza diaria sea realizada.
ACTIVIDADES
La contratación de actividades con MCBirding serán acordados previamente en la confirmación de la reserva y están sujetos a las condiciones descritas en https://molinodelcanto.com/avesyrutas/
CLIENTE-COMPORTAMIENTO
Los términos y condiciones de Posada Molino del Canto, con respecto a los disturbios, la música alta y las fiestas son muy claros: TODOS ESTÁN ESTRICTAMENTE PROHIBIDOS. Los clientes alojados en la Posada Molino del Canto debe saber que si la voz y música alta se escuchan, o existen quejas por parte de otros huéspedes, puede resultar en el desalojo inmediato sin importar la hora del día o de la noche.
El cliente será responsable del comportamiento correcto y decente de todas las personas que le acompañan. En caso de que esa persona, o cualquiera de las personas acompañantes no se comporte de una manera adecuada y responsable, Posada Molino del Canto tendrá derecho a solicitar al cliente y a las personas que le acompañen a abandonar la Posada sin derecho de éste a reclamar ningún tipo de compensación.
Esto también significa la pérdida del depósito y el abono de la noche interrumpida.
NORMAS DE LA CASA
- Los huéspedes se hacen responsables de mantener su habitación cerrada en su ausencia.
- Los huéspedes no podrán realizar en la habitación, actividades insalubres, nocivas, peligrosas o ilícitas. No se podrán realizar fiestas o reuniones que puedan ocasionar molestia.
- No se admiten visitas sin el consentimiento expreso del propietario.
- EL TIEMPO DE SILENCIO ES TODOS LOS DÍAS DE 22.00 PM a 10.00 Agradecemos su colaboración en este asunto y esperamos que entienda que estas reglas son necesarias para la convivencia en la Posada.
- Las instalaciones se mantendrán en perfecto uso, cada objeto en su lugar original, en caso de producirse algún desperfecto sobre las instalaciones este deberá ser comunicado al propietario.
- Los huéspedes deberán tratar la Posada y su contenido con respeto y no sustraer nada de la misma, serán responsables de los daños causados.
- Por favor no dejen ventanas abiertas mientras mantienen los radiadores abiertos.
- Por favor apaguen todas las luces en su ausencia.
- Deposite la basura el las papeleras o pongas en contacto con nosotros para la eliminación de otros desechos.
- Está totalmente prohibido fumar en las habitaciones y/o en las zonas comunes (salón/comedor, recibidor). En presencia de niños o personas no fumadoras, por favor no fume en el exterior. Si es verano, preste atención a los incendios forestales.
- No traiga aparatos eléctricos de gran consumo: secadores de pelo, calefactores, planchas eléctricas de cocinar, etc…Así mismo asegúrese de desenchufar cualquier cargador en su ausencia. Le agradecemos haga un uso responsable de la energía de la Posada.
- Las mascotas son bienvenidas en el exterior del alojamiento, pero no están permitidos ningún tipo de mascota en el interior del alojamiento. En el caso de acudir con un perro guía, el cual estamos obligados a admitir, este deberá contar con toda la documentación necesaria que certifique que es un perro guía. Por favor vigile que no corra al ganado, ladre sin razón, etc.
Cuide la casa por favor y respete el descanso de los demás, así como a sus propietarios y en general hacia todo el entorno. Posada Molino del Canto agradecerá cualquier sugerencia que pueda ofrecernos para poder hacer más agradable su estancia.
CONSIDERACIONES FINALES
Posada Molino del Canto y/o MCBirding (Javier Morala Muñoz / Servicios Turísticos) se reserva el derecho a modificar estas condiciones generales en cualquier momento sin necesidad de notificación ni aviso previo, por lo tanto, la prestación de este servicio tiene una duración limitada al momento en el que el usuario se encuentre conectado a la página web o a alguno de los servicios que a través del mismo se facilitan.
Mediante la realización de la reserva, por cualquier medio, usted acepta que ha leído, entendido y ha aceptado las presentes condiciones generales. Si hay algún elemento de estas condiciones generales que no comprende totalmente, o tiene alguna duda o pregunta, por favor contacte con nosotros.
En caso de que usted realice la reserva para dos o más personas, la persona que realice la reserva deberá estar autorizado para poder representar a todos aquellos en nombre de los que haya hecho la misma, así como aceptar la responsabilidad derivada de los pagos realizados en nombre de estas personas, incluidos los gastos por cancelación o los derivados de rectificaciones o modificaciones. Asimismo, deberá informar a todos aquellos en cuyo nombre haya realizado la reserva, de los detalles de la reserva, así como de cualquier otra información relevante. Asegúrese de que todos los datos personales facilitados durante su reserva son correctos y veraces.
El usuario declara que es mayor de edad, es decir, tiene, al menos, 18 años y dispone de la capacidad legal necesaria para vincularse por este acuerdo y para utilizar este sitio web de conformidad con las Condiciones Generales aquí enunciadas, que comprende y entiende en su totalidad. Si usted es menor de 18 años, y viaja con adultos pero sin sus padres o tutores legales, éstos deberán asumir la responsabilidad derivada de la reserva, así como todas las obligaciones y gastos que de la misma se deriven.
Las presentes condiciones generales de contratación se regularán por las leyes y decretos de alojamientos de turismo rural de la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla y León, y las partes se someterán, en caso de discrepancia, a los organismos de arbitraje de la Junta de Castilla y León y en caso extremo a los tribunales de Villarcayo de Merindad de Castilla la Vieja.

Included services:
The accommodation, services and diet that appears in the reservation confirmation that is sent to the client at the time of signing it. The fees or taxes that are applicable
Services not included:
Wines, spirits, beers, soft drinks, etc. are not included in the diet. Additional charges to the room, meals, activities or services that are not listed on the reservation confirmation.
MINIMUM STAY
We reserve the right to apply the minimum stays for dates and/or seasons that we consider require.
CHILDREN AND BABIES
When making the reservation and in order to apply the corresponding rate, the total number of people, both adults and children, occupying a place/bed will be indicated. Only one extra bed per room is allowed.
Babies up to 2 years of age who do not occupy a seat are free of charge, a travel cot is provided.
Under no circumstances will more people be allowed than those established according to the maximum number that Posada Molino del Canto has allowed as a maximum capacity, 12 in a double room + 6 in an extra bed (regardless of age).
Children from 12 years old apply adult rate.
It is not allowed to stay in a room for minors without adult accompaniment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation deposit of 40% for the reservation will be understood on account of the amount resulting from the contracted services and is not refundable or transferable. If the client cancels a reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days prior to the date of entry, in accordance with Decree 75/2013, of November 28 of the Junta de Castilla y León.

Cancellations or changes by phone will not be accepted.
Deposits for reservations of more than several rooms are the sum of reservations for each room. In the event of cancellation of any of the rooms, the same criteria described above will be applied.
Interruption of stay
No refund or payment will be made in case of interrupting the stay in the accommodation. In any case, the client must pay the stay of the interrupted reserved night.
INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
Entrance / Check-in: 15:00 h.
Departure / Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
The room(s) will be available from 3:00 p.m. If for any reason you are not available at 2:00 p.m., we will indicate the new check-in time. Please, make sure to inform us of the approximate arrival time and especially if it is scheduled for later than 8:00 p.m., so that we can schedule check-in and keep you informed of any delays or changes. Please provide your phone number and contact email in case we need to contact you.
Extra charges for late arrivals: 10 Euros after 10:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, the house will be vacated before 12:00 p.m. however, if guests wish to enter or leave the property at different times, they may do so with prior agreement and as long as it is not going to be occupied by another client.
If you need to check out later please ask at check-in if this is possible. We will try to accommodate your request.
Any departure after 8:00 p.m. will be subject to the full price per night.
Please be sure to hand over the keys before you leave.
Please make sure you do not forget any personal items, we do not ship forgotten items. For the recovery of forgotten things, it is necessary for the client to process the collection and delivery with a parcel agency. We limit ourselves to preparing the package and delivering it to the agency referenced by the client. Posada Molino del Canto is not responsible for the loss or deterioration of any forgotten item.
EQUIPMENT
Prices include:
Expenses for water, electricity and heating. Bed linen and towels for each occupant. The bedding consists of sheets, blankets and bedspread. The towels are bath and hands for each occupant. The entry of food or drinks from outside the establishment is not allowed.
CLEANING
The rooms are delivered to the client perfectly clean. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the rural house in reasonable conditions, with all the rubbish disposed of correctly. During the stay, daily cleaning will be carried out, as long as the room is available until 1:00 p.m., if we do not have the room before 1:00 p.m., we do not guarantee that daily cleaning will be carried out.
ACTIVITIES
The contracting of activities with MCBirding will be agreed in advance in the reservation confirmation and are subject to the conditions described in https://molinodelcanto.com/avesyrutas/
CUSTOMER-BEHAVIOR
The terms and conditions of Posada Molino del Canto, regarding disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Clients staying at Posada Molino del Canto should know that if loud voice and music is heard, or there are complaints from other guests, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.
The client will be responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all the people who accompany him. In the event that this person, or any of the accompanying persons, does not behave in an appropriate and responsible manner, Posada Molino del Canto will have the right to request the client and the people who accompany him to leave the Inn without the latter’s right to claim any compensation type.
This also means the loss of the deposit and the payment of the interrupted night.
HOUSE’S RULES
Guests are responsible for keeping their room locked in their absence. Guests may not carry out unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities in the room.
