An excellent day of birding, although with fog in first hours. We begin to go from the valley towards the moor.
Before we arrived, good observations of Bonelli´s Warbler and Common Cuckoo.
In the moor waited for us, Larks, Buntings, Finches, Wheatear, Pipits… After these good records, we went towards the canyon of Orbaneja del Castillo, from the Valle de Valderredible, with the river to a side and the walls of the canyon to the other, with Deppers and Warblers in a side and Eagles and Vultures in the other.
A spectacular day of Raptors with Golden Eagle, Booted Eagle, with both phases, Hen Harrier, Common Kestrel, Black Kite, Common Buzzard.
A total of 54 species in five hours.
